We are here to serve the client’s needs and treat everyone with respect regardless of race, religion, gender, sex, or orientation.

We represent our abilities with honesty and integrity - we believe everyone has their own agency, and that the wheel of life is constantly spinning, meaning new options and choices are here every day. The client can make their own decisions based on informed choices, not just a tarot reading.

We do not predict or draw tarot on the following matters: unsolved mysteries / crimes, lottery/stock market holdings, death dates, diagnoses of illness or pregnancy, the weather tomorrow, or if your ex will come back to you. Using intuition is not the same as reading minds or predicting the future. We will refuse a booking if a client has asked us to predict the future or guarantee an outcome for them.

As a matter of policy, We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

We do not encourage addiction to astrologers, tarot readers, or psychics. We are not a replacement for psychological help, and encourage clients to seek psychological help in addition to any “witchy” or holistic methods of healing. If we feel your bookings become addictive in nature, we reserve the right to refuse service.

If you pay for a reading but then change your mind because you cannot wait for our availability or no longer want the reading, your payment will be refunded minus a $10.00 admin fee if this request is received within 24 hours of the booking.

Policy on lateness and cancellation: 

Virtual: We require the tarot questionnaire to be completed within a week of the virtual appointment being booked, or your virtual reading will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. Understand that when you do not fill out the form in a timely manner, we cannot make that time available for another client.  It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of the form that is sent via email.

If for some reason you do not receive the form via email within the first 36 hours of booking the virtual appointment, please reach out to Tarot@museofwhimsy.com. You will be receiving an automated email after the 72 hour mark to ensure you can access the form and fill it out in time before the cancellation policy takes effect.

In Person Sessions and Events: If for some reason you cannot make your in person appointment or have to cancel your event, we require at least a week’s notice to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your event or in person session within 24 hours of the appointment, you will lose the full payment.
